About Us

Mission Statement

To provide individuals with intellectual disabilities an environment in which to physical, socially, and independently grow beyond expectations.

To develop a community within a community for individuals with intellectual disabilities. An environment for individuals to live independently or live with minimal supervision. A work environment to allow individuals to have a meaningful day, and provide a recreational area for both social and physical development

Founded in 2012, SAFIRE was specifically designed to help individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) stay physically and socially active. This organization's overall programs fill the void left once individuals with ID age out of their school district's special education programs. SAFIRE's accomplishment has been to continue helping the participants to be healthy and continue a daily exercise program that provides a healthy life.
